Living in Vallarta

I have lived in Puerto Vallarta almost seven years now. Visitors always ask me if I love it. Is it paradise? Is it the "most relaxing place on earth?" Do we have to dodge bullets from fighting drug cartels and deal with corrupt army and police? The answer to all these questions changes almost daily.
